Antipop ‘08 just concluded and we need sleep. It was four long but exciting nights of shows and hocking rock posters. Highlights for me include Pelican, Steven Foxbury, Au Revoir Simone and a mesmerizing set by Mark Kozelek at the Gibson Showroom.

We organized the production of another Antipop poster set this year that included works from the usual suspects including Art Chantry, Lil Tuffy, Thomas Scott, Michael Tabie and the Lure crew (Paul, Sarah, Kelly and myself). Some new participants this year include The Bubble Process of New York; local illustrator extraordinaire, Billy Davis; former interns Jenn Levrault, Suzy Adornetto and Karen Goheen; current intern Elizabeth Cason; and Sean Hartman of SQUAREfactor. Most of these will be available on our website.
